Supply the deceased’s and estate’s details and five separate NIPF7 figures. You are responsible for their accuracy.
We check document completeness, figure transfer and recipient before emailing it. You then complete the official form and apply yourself.
A precise, limited offer
For suitable NI estates, we prepare an estate summary, an unofficial NIPF7 working draft populated with your separate figures, a submission guide and, for bank accounts you enter, editable closure drafts for use after the Grant is issued. A person checks the assembled pack before it is sent.
You confirm the tax route, check and complete the current official form, and apply to the court yourself. We do not verify your underlying valuations, provide legal advice, submit for you or guarantee a Grant.
